I need feedback on this.
Change the screen resolution.
Do the circles disappear, shrink or enlarge?
Are they graphics or are they there even when the monitor is off?

First all, make SURE that any speaker (i.e. PC speakers) are not too close to your monitor. The electro-magnetic field can reek havoc with your monitor.

Bad pixels...check for warranty...if warranty is up then just bear with it...nothing to worry about unless alot more pixels start going bad on you
