I live in Taiwan and I watch the games on tv in chinese but I want to watch it on the TV while I listen to it on the Internet in English. I've found I few sites but they are all behind on the time (legg time). I hope to find a Real time steam. Help.

and click to the game live it ensure u to viewing acess process takes 5 nuintes
