I'm 6'4" 450 lbs.
Cut out sugar as much as possibe, switch to diet pop and such.
Eat more frequent smaller meals
Don't eat less than 3 hours prior to sleeping
Eat lots of fruits and veggies
Get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week.
Walk an extra 2000 steps every day
Don't eat fast food
If you like to drink alcohol switch to Bacardi and diet coke.

You are so not the fattest person on earth.
Just eat more healthily and try and get a bit more exercise. Or maybe try joining a weight watchers group? My mum went to one and has up to now lost a stone and a half. It's quite gradual (about 2 pounds a week) but the group support really helps and you'll be able to monitor your progress and achieve your goals!!

Weight Watchers is a very effective and safe program. It also is not expensive....$12 per week. You'll eat your own food, not packaged diet stuff, and you will learn a more healthy lifestyle. The people at the meetings are kind and understanding. This can help you, but you've got to go regularly.

You are not the fattest person on earth, I saw a picture of him and he was 1,121, I don't care how tall they are, that's way to beastly!!! Just eat healthier and exercise more if you feel this way!!! Just give yourself a little more credit in life, I bet your very beautiful, you just don't give yourself enough love!!!

You could try the dismemberment method...get rid of a couple of limbs or maybe your head? LOL! Just kidding. You are a bit on the chunky side but hey, it's just more of you to love :)
