I would say go to showering every day...change your soap if you need too...and make sure your clothes are getting cleaned well in the washer and dryer. Also, if there is smoking in your household by anyone, it can affect the smell of everything unfortunately. Just be sure to shower well every day and use a good soap.

Shower more often, also use soap, shampoo and deodorant. If after doing this, people are still saying you stink I would talk to a doctor, could be some kind of health issue. Good Luck.

Soap would be good and deodorant is really important. You can sweat even as you sleep and wake up stinking. As a teen, twice a week with hot water is just not enough.

Make sure you use deoderant and shower. Also try wearing just a little spritz of cologne or perfume. If you still smell bad see a doctor because it could indicate a more serious problem. For example when my mom was younger she told me for weeks her hair looked and felt greasy 10 minutes after she washed it. So she finally went to a doctor to find out what was wrong and the doctor figured out she had a flu that never cleared up and gave her antibiotics and the whole problem cleared up. She didnt even feel sick, the only symptom was the greasy hair.

Shower every morning. Use soap or body wash. Wash your hair with shampoo. Brush your teeth. Use deodorant. Purchase cologne.

Those are pretty simple hygeine steps and somebody should have taught you that long ago.

hot water alone does not remove all dead skin and body oils that cause odor. You should shower daily with mild deodorant soap and use deordorant roll-on or spray.

You may need an enternal herbal cleanner. Some people have an oder , even after showering. Its just that way. I think you should also see your dr and see what they have on the market for this. Hope it helps...

Shave the hair under your arms, and your pubic hair, and you will see the difference
