omega oil supplement and vitamins help to keep the skin glowing and hydrated.
do not use soap on your face, Noxzema cream or ponds is better and you should always put a moisturizer on in the am and pm.
I use a peel every month around my eyes to keep from getting deep age wrinkles and it keeps me from looking over 40.
eat fresh fruit and fish. stay out of the sun and do not tan if you can help it.
a body scrub keeps your skin polished and no moles, freckles ot skin tags develope as you get older..especially under your bra and breasts...don't be afraid to use the scrub on your legs and feet to look polished and soft. sometimes adding salt to your washcloth is enough exfoliation to keep your skin looking great. I like to use wax to remove hair from my brow and upper lip because this can help you look younger too and give the appearance of a face lift. use light base foundation and light colors on your eye shadows...light peachy colors on the lips and whiten your teeth too while you are at it.
these thinks are not all about the skin but your face is a package and if you get wrinkles, I suspect you are not caring for yourself the way you should. I am 46 and have none.
I have preparation H suppositories for the days when my under eye area looks a little puffy...rub one of those over the puffy area and you look great in a few seconds...
don't spend a lot of money on your beauty ...just exfoliate often with salt (or sugar) on your wash cloth when you scrub. I don't like sugar because it can attract ants to the bathroom. Salt softens the water a little. paint your toe nails, please.
always wear lip sticks to keep your lips soft and prevent getting wrinkley lips later. (at least a moisture stick.)
I put cream on my feet before I go to bed and then sleep with socks on. I always use a detangler on my hair and put only conditioner on the ends...not the roots or it weghs your hair down and it feels flat...
lemon juice is great to highlight your hair and to keep your skin beautiful with no blemishes. the acid in the juice kills bacteria causing pimples and can even help with acne.
another thing is all women who have large breasts, hear this...after a shower use the blow dryer to dry your hair and under your breasts because so many women get rashy and sore under the breasts from moisture and it grows bacteria and is grose. wear cotton only panties too so you can be fresh and clean all day...they allow you to be dry and breath in the vaginal and rectal area so you are clean and fresh, especially if you sit all day at work, exercise, or it is hot out.

I swear by Nivea Firming w/ Q10 Lotion - my sisters say it has a scent to it so they prefer Jergens Firming Lotion which is also cheaper. I go w/ the Nivea & I've tried them all!!! It doesn not smell funny (like Vaseline Firming), it does not get sticky in hot weather (hate that!)...
For your face... that's the tough one... I tried a lot of them & I have to say... for every face it's different... you'll have to find one you like ... the only one I didn't not like is anything Neutrogena... just didn't work for me... and most of their products sting... hope this helped & good luck!
