Using your own fresh urine is best. It is best oil-free moisturiser and cures pimples and also good for eyes and ears.
You can use urine of any healthy person if used externally, so you can also get anyone piss on your face, or better all of your body and keep it for some time.
Use your OWN URINE only for using internally.
Urine is not toxic. 95% of urine is water, 2.5% consists of urea and the remaining 2.5% is a mixture of minerals, salt, hormones and enzymes. Toxic substances are being removed from the body through the liver and intestines, through the skin and through the outbreath.
Only the substance urea can be poisonous when present in very large amounts in the blood. However, this is irrelevant in the practice of drinking urine, as urine is not immediately put back in the bloodstream. In the small amounts urea gets back into the body, it is purifying, clears up excess mucus and has a number of specific, very useful effects. Moreover, it has a wonderful healing and tonifying effect when applied to the skin.

As gross and disgusting as this might sound.... I've heard it too! In fact, my sister-in-law (years ago) tried this. Don't know if it worked. Don't know (or want to know) how she applied it. I just know that she tried it when she had really bad acne.

its not gross its a sterile fluid and will not harm you,but make sure it is fresh,you can drink it to ,some people swear by it
