It's a slang word for when a girls pants are so tight that they cause her crotch to appear to be separated into two bulges: camel's foot. (Very gross!)

I've heard of "camel toes" before. That is when you have a "wedgie" in the front and everyone can see split. A camel foot otherwise would just be a foot of a camel used for walking, etc...

a camel toe is when the outline of your girl parts are visible thru your clothing. as when you are in way too tight pants or bathing suit.
