do you know any quick, easy ways to make your butt considerably firmer with out having to consistenly go to a gym?

lunges.

also i have this magazine next to me with some steps. here you go
1.) vertical lifts: stand up and bend over your knees slightly bent, to where your fingers almost touching the ground, and lift your leg back as high as you can while reaching arms toward the sky like a ballerina. return to the first postion and repeat
2.) stand up in a ballerina position and lift your legs.
3.) sit with your legs folded under you with hands by your heels. lift yoruslef up by pishing your pelvis forward (keeping your hands by your heels) let your head drop back and return to position. and repeat.
4.) get in a position like your going to do a push up, but reverse your body so your stomach is facing the sky and bend your knees. lift one leg up at a time. and repeat.
5.)get a dog like postion and push your legs out to the side, or lift up, or swing them in differnt postions

I have been looking into the same thing and I found and exercise that is real easy. You get on your hands and knees then with your leg still bent as it is, lift it up untill your thigh is level to your butt. I do it 30 times in the morning and at night. For a temporary solution just wear biker shorts or nylons under your clothes.

Hit the gym
Get off the couch or chair (for example... I hardly ever sit down when checking my email or responding to emails - I screwed on a shelf into the wall in the kitchen just high enough to type & that is what I'm doing now)
Squeeze your butt cheeks while walking.
HIGH HEELS - I'm European - that's how we maintain a great overall body - so your feet hurt - boo hoo - Anything to look & feel sexy!
Sex helps - it works all your muscles - just don't lie there...

1. Full Squats and running helps, but you can do squats in home also without any weight.
2. Sex with on top position, doing most of the work.
3. Having a fully vegetarian diet with low sugar and vitamin B complex supplement.

The shape and look of your butt is determined mostly by genetics so look at your Moms butt (or your dads).
Working out will maintain the most consistent tone and look possible.

Sex really can do the job and, in this case, you should be on top. You can also run and do some exercises using stairs.
