I can't press toolbar options without my computer freezing, HELP????

Well first I can't get my tab bar on my toolbar. I reinstalled it 5 times and tried taking someones advice and pressing toolbar options and so on. I tried to fix it but everytime I press toolbar options the computer freezes. Can someone help me??????

When you reinstalled it, you were reinstalling the faulty program from the same source no doubt. Therefore each reinstall was reproducing the same fault. Find an alternate source of the same program and reinstall from that. This will most likely fix the problem. If not, it is a platform fault, meaning you need to reinstall EVERYTHING.
