Take them to an emergency vet clinic. Use a box to transport them and keep them warm and still. The vet probably has some names of wildlife rehabilitators, so that would be a good bet to send them to if they survive. Get off the internet now and take the bunnies to a vet, it's the only way.

Take them to a humane society. They can care for baby animals better than you can. If the rabbit didn't have a broken leg I would say you could try it. But That's better left to a professional.

call the vet immeadiatly!! hurry and keep them in a warm shelter and get gloves and try to feed it milk if possible while you wait for the vet, or bring the bunnies there in a shoe box. hurry, they won't survive for long!

Try taking them to an emergency vet and wrapping it up with a adhesive bandage.

go to the vet and make sure the leg is okay. And try to force feed them so they aren't dehydrated.

You could take care of the baby bunnies until they are well then release them.
