It could be a software, but I don`t have paint, I deleted it by accident. LOL.

You could download a free trial version of PaintShopPro by Corel.
It does the best job of resizing images that I have seen. However, when trying to make pictures bigger, you generally get disappointing results because they are generally very low resolution. When you make them bigger, they look grainy and pixelated.

if you mean just like one thats on ur pc an easy way is put it into paint and make it bigger. if thats not what u meant then sorry
