Spider man is cooler. He has a great costume, he is slick in the way he moves and the stories and enemies are more interesting.
Superman has an ugly costume, and the stories are stupid. Also, it is so easy to kill him if you have kryptonite. Spiderman might not be that strong but at least his strength is stable.
Also superman is so unreal, gifted with 20 different superpowers, which makes him boring and not special.
