what are the chances of the lines on hpt being evaporative on four different tests?

All urine tests will show evap lines eventually. The chemicals in it begin to decompose...which is why the directions give specific reading times. Whatever results showed before the alloted reading time are your actual answers.

Very high. If you mean that you got a positive result in the time period and then after the time period (usually ten minutes) the results showed something different. HPT's are no longer accurate after the time period and can not be saved to show someone at a later time.
