As crazy as this sounds I had brought my wedding dress on the plane (Tallahassee,FL to Seattle, WA) and i folded it up and put it in one of my carry on bags. I took it out ASAP and to all of our surprise, (beside everyone being surprised that I got it in to a carry on) there was only a few minor wrinkles in it. We used a steam iron to get them out the day of. Now if you don't want to do that, my Husband and I noticed after wards that the airlines (Delta) has like a closet type area were if your dress isn't to big it may fit in there. You can also call the airlines and ask and see if they have an area big enough for it (maybe in back were they keep the snacks/food). Just what ever you do, DO NOT CHECK IT IN!!!!! Hope this helps you with transporting your dress!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
