can you tell me what i can take or use for my prickley heat i have got it realy bad

Calamine lotion.

Vinegar can help too, as can TCP

Wash the area with either baking soda or epsom salt dissolved in warm water. You don't need too much. A 1/4 cup in a full bath is plenty. Dry the area well and apply Caladryl lotion or Benadryl cream. Both have the allergy medicine Benadryl in them and both are good for itch. Aveeno Oatmeal powder is also good in the bath for itch.

Applying oils and ointments makes prickly heat more likely (and take longer to clear up).Stri-Dex Acne Medicated Sensitive Skin Pads; the salicylic acid helps to unplug the pores. Hydrocortisone cream (not ointment) can help with itching
