For England? Bloody marvellous! Although we should have got more goals off Paraguay, the game needed more excitement. Pretty smooth getting a goal three minutes in I'd say.

Well world cup is good so far.We have seen some gr8 matches.As we could see that England had a hard game against Paraguay and they just won bec of Paraguay's own goal.Hence, they should simply forget the world cup...Holland and Argentina played well.Overall till now Germans had a good game..they showed some quality goals and if they can win while their major players like Ballack and Schneider sitting on the benches...they could show some real quality games in the forthcoming matches...well I support Germans so lets c...how it goes....

Surprise was Trinidad & Tobago's performance against Sweden. Most dominant performance was Germany. Most disappointing performance in a win was England. Team that shows a lot of potential to go a long distance in this tournament is the Netherlands, despite only beating the Serbs 1-0.
And the best group in terms of competitiveness hasn't started yet, which is Group E.

It's hardly got started. Argentina look dangerous and i was well chuffed for the Trinidad and tobago team, and not just because it makes Englands chances of getting to the knockout stage so easy!
Wait for Argentina Vs Holland -that will be the pick of the group matches...

Honestly? I thought that England took the game for granted. We were not playing like a team who is going to win this cup. More like a team that was killing time till an important game. We need to start as we mean to go on. Yes we won, but not through effort. Come on boys, lets show the world who invented this game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Going very well much better start than the last one, have watched highlights from every game and its shaping up to be a very good tournament.

its kinda wierd how the best teams aren't scoring as much against newbies of the world cup like portugal vs angola and argentina vs ivory coast

till now all the matches were tough but still pulling on the most experience teams are also not able to build up with high scores.
