Ok I got this new phone yesterday 6/10/06 and I was taking a pic and my friend snached it out of my hand and srached most of the front.It's motorolas newest model,so i'm really pissed off with him/her.Do I have the right?Why?

of course you have the right. if its on the screen i would make the friend replace it but if its on like the cover i would just let it pass as accidents happen. but your friend should learn to be more carefull and maybe think about buying some sort of cover so it dont happen again. good luck.

IT'S JUST AN OBJECT.. TRADE IN FOR ANOTHER PHONE IF U HAVE INS. FOR IT.. FRIENDS ARE FRIENDS.. UNLESS THE PHONE WEIGHT HEAVIER THAN UR FRIENDS..

yeah you totally have the right to be pissed off she/he scratched up your brand new phone!! I'd make them pay for another phone

ya, i'd be pretty mad. i know you that he/she is your friend and your friendship matters more than any material object. but ask yourself this: if you were in each other's shoes, would your pal have gotten made at you? think before you react.
