In order to avoid the possibility of ever attempting world domination, I would name my culture "Shitheads." Then, if for any reason they were foolish enough to actually attempt it and succeed, people could say:
"Man! Why are things so screwed up these days?"
"What do you expect? We're ruled by a bunch of Shitheads!"
With any luck, they will be the most modest and unassuming society ever. In fact, they might even be a little reclusive - unobtrusive even - which happens to be just to my liking.

I would call my island Orgy, and clothing would not be permitted. You would have to rank on a scale of how attractive you were, how freaky you were willing to get, and sexual stamina. People who failed the tests would be sex slaves and the people who passed would hold high positions in society. There would be daily orgies, but there would also be weekly and monthly orgies. There would be a yearly orgy that everyone was required to attend. It would be wonderful.
