If it looks right on your screen but not on the other persons, it is becuase the other person is using a lower screen resolution than you are.

If this is the case, and you wan't to make things simple, tell them to kick up the screen resolution they are using.

If that's not possible, then just reduce the pallette size of each picture you send THAT PERSON, using your favorite photo editing software.

Depending on your computer, operating system, etc. You probably already have an application that will do this.

well, you could always crop out the parts you don't need in the picture.
there are a lot of free programs out there that can crop and re-size pictures without losing quality, the forementioned ones will work, Paint Shop Pro has a trial, as well as photoshop, but if you aren't familiar with programs like that i recommend pain shop pro, it's pretty simple and easy for beginners.
paint shop pro: http://www.jasc.com
photoshop: http://www.adobe.com

if you have an image 1024x768 ( most screen sizes nowadays) re-sizing it to even half of that would help quite a bit, as well as cropping.

Just resize them, I think it's easy, do you have Adobe? Or just use Paint or
microsoft picture manager, it's quite simple

Resize them!

I use IMAGE EXPERT, PHOTOSHOP or simular application.

I ususally end up with 600x800 or 300x400 depending on how big I want the file to be.
