First, I would like to correct Artsy's reply. Odyssey is made in Canada...this is why this minivan has better build quality and demand with long waiting list.
Now, a breakdown of Honda global manufacturing....
The Fit Aria, for example, is produced in Thailand for sale in Japan, while the CR-V and Civic 3-D are manufactured in the UK for sale in North America. Production line at the Japan's Suzuka, Saitama, and Yokkaichi factory represents the benchmark for Honda automobile production lines at facilities in North America, the UK and around the world. However, most automobile manufactured in Japan are for domestic market.
Guess, they keep all the good stuff and leave us with less than par products.
In short, Honda has automobile plants all parts in the world with many model variations. Also, manufacturing plants that produce water craft, lawn mower, generator, motorcycle, air plane, robotics, and much much more. Therefore, you question is very broad in sense. If you are referring to automobiles, some Civic Si are produced in Japan and UK like Si Type-R which is illegal to import here due to emission regulation. It's best to check the label on the door or under your hood as others have suggested to truly find where a certain car was manufactured.
All I know is that my past and current Honda cars Civic, Prelude Si, and S2000 were directly imported from Japan and S2000 produced in the original Honda's Takanezawa plant where NSX and Insight originated. Chassis hand welded by master welders and no machine! This is what quality means.
All American plants have build quality problems. This is why only models for the masses are built in the states and not abroad. Just like Camry for Toyota.

I believe all Hondas sold in America are made in America. That may just be the Civics and Accords, however. Look it up on Honda's website.

Most Hondas in America are made at their two Ohio plants: East liberty and Marysville (Accord, Civic, Element) or their Alabama plant (Odessy, Pilot & pickup?).
Check their website for exact location.

Look at the VIN number on the dash in the front windshield.
If it starts with a 1 it was made in the US
If it starts with a 2 it was made in Canada
If it starts with a J it wasmade in Japan.
All Preludes are made in Japan
Most Civics are Us or Canadian
