It is the hormones you body uses to sustain a pregnancy that actually causes the morning sickness.

A lot of it has to do with having an empty tummy. The biggest recommendation for helping with morning sickness is to not let you stomach completely empty -to snack on the something. So that is a big reason why most women have the biggest problem in the morning with it, but you can get any time of day.

I have read research that women who cut down on their red meat intake a year prior to becoming pregnant have less occurrences of morning sickness during pregnancy. The last I knew they were unsure of why this seems to help prevent it.

Not everybody gets it my 5 sisters none had but me i dont know its probably just your body and how it reacts to things
