her husband, while they love each other in their fullest, and have lived with each other more than 15 years, Travels to another country toghether with their two 11 and 7 years old children to visit
her Mother, Father and Brothers there, then Not To Be Back into her own life, without even a very weak reason, and keeps the chidren with herself, then breaks her and the childeren's relation with any means possibe, with the husband, WHAT CAN THE HUSBAND DO TO REACH HIS RIGHTS?

You need to speak to a lawyer that deals in international law. They should hopefully be able to tell you what kinds of options you might have.

the hisband can only ask to himself, contemplating the facts about his life, what could possibly caused such unfortunate situation.

if the causes /reasons are within his control, then the husband can start to whats needed to try to fix it.

if the reasons are beyond the husband's control, then get things together and build new start, cause life is full of stories like this, which could end up very well. who knows there is blessing in disguise... move on... do not focus on "the husbands' rights /past" but look forward, look at "the husbands' responsibility", if there is any left.

If they are in a different country then what you need to do is talk with the State Department. Many international laws will vary from one country to another
