Through your registry. From start menu click run...type regedit in your run command and then hit enter.

When registry opens up click HKEY_CURRENT_USER >Software > Microsoft > Internet Explorer > TypedURLS........
There you will see all typed URLS (Right & wrong ones)

They are in order like URL1, URL2 and so on Right click on the wrong one and click on delete (or simply delete it). I told you to right click because if click on modify you can correct it.

If you delete it then you can make the rest of the URLs in order by right clicking them but if you don't, doesn't matter because your browser works fine.

Note: Don't do anything else which is not mentioned here because messing up the registry could bring a lot more headache.

Deleting history will delete all the URLS, then you have to type the right ones again.

Go to tools --> internet options --> delete history (and delete cookies, too, it just keeps things uncluttered).

You can also adjust history settings. Then type in the correct address and go to the site...it will now be correctly put in the history (so you can just hit "ya" and "www.yahoo.com" will pop up.

Do you mean your book marks or on you're website?
If it's in your bookmarks (Or 'favorites') then simply right click and select 'delete'
If it's on your website than simply modify the HTML code, deleting the part that's wrong or modifing it.

You cannot. Even if you remove it from history, it is stored internally. Try using a History Eraser instead.
