Get your facts straight.
Lexington KY passed a law that forbids sex offenders to live within 1000 feet of a playground school or daycare.
This is for everyone's good, the offender and the children, since it is proven the condition that causes them to be offenders in the first place is not easily fixed.
Safety first.
(Personally it would suit me fine if they locked all the offenders up together and never let them loose again)

these are people with no self control who have sick fantasies and the need to fulfill them on unwilling victims. why would we want them as slaves? they'd be too close to home. my kids and dog would be better off staying away from them. they can't even defend themselves. I know that's not the only reasons someone is registered as a sex offender though. my friend mooned a high school bus on his last day of senior year and had to register as a sex offender.
