Can 17 year olds be legally on their own in oklahoma?

My daughter and her fiance are getting married October 28 2006. They will both be 18 by then. His parents threw him out last night, and he is here. Legally can they send him off, make him go home, report him as a runaway, or not?

18 is the age of majority for Oklahoma unless the person is considered emancipated by pregnancy or marriage. I'd encourage your daughter to reconsider this fiance. If his parents can't even stand him, he might not be stable enough to be a good husband.
