Yes, cows have lips and teeth. When you feed a horse out of your hand, you have to flatten out your palm to keep them from biting you (accidentally), but you don't have to do that with a cow because they only have bottom teeth in the front part of their mouth, with a full set in the back part; however, they can kind of mash your fingers if you're not careful and their tongue feels like wet sandpaper. We have several cows you can feed out of your hand.
