this morning. I have a 28 -26 day cycle and think I ovulated this weekend. Is it normal to bleed when you ovulate? And is that a predictor of ovulation?

It is like when I have my period, only it is lighter and more red than usual. There is also a slippery mucus mixed in with it.

That MIGHT be implantation bleeding...although if you O'd this weekend..it's a little too early for that. It is what happens when an embryo tries to imbed itself in your uterine lining. It also might be a hormonal surge...spotting sometimes happens when the hormone levels are very high.

Either way...GOOD LUCK!

I have never heard of that. Are you bleeding during urination or just bleed like it's your period? If your bleeding during urination, that's a sign of a UTI (urinary tract infection) and could be or get serious. Seek medical treatment asap! If your bleeding like a period, it could be that you just had some left over blood and it's nothing to be worried about. :) Good Luck to you!

Yes, it is normal for some people to have a small amount of bleeding when this occurs.
