when i come onto the internet, all the text and images come out in large print. how do i get rid of it? help please...

In the Internet Explorer toolbar, click View > Text Size > Medium.

In Firefox (and I think in IE as well) you can set the font size from the View menu but if you have a wheel mouse, you should be able to:
hold down the Ctrl key and roll the wheel forward to reduce the size and backward to increase the size.

I am assuming you are using Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer (your browser), click View>Text size>then choose the size that you want. It may be it is set to Largest.
