africa produces an immense amount of talent...however, they have two problems at the moment, many africans are taken by their former colonial masters (i.e. zidane born in algeria, went to france)...the other is the political and economical problems in these countries...However, several African teams are steadily improving and about 5 or 6 compete with the world's best...Will an African nation win in this time? No...Will an African team win in South Africa in 2010? I think one or two will make a good run, but Africa will not have a world cup winner...Will an African nation win eventually? Yes, but it will not be that soon

In this World Cup, it will struggle as the best team,Ivory Coast is in the hardest group. Football in Africa needs to be properly organised and led from the top. Some of the African federation run football like a dictatorship. In South Africa there needs to be a sign of real improvement.

Africa is still producing the same type of football teams. They can run forever but they have no idea about organizational play. Until they become smarter soccer teams, they will never do anything on the international level

I think Africa is where the real talent lies.
People just need to nurture it more.
Africa will totally have a chance once people
realize the potential.

Yes they certainly do. Ghana is a good an up and coming team.
I am actually surprised that Nigeria didn't qualify.

i just love the way etoo plays ...anyone heard of roger milla..........wat do u think of okocha.......................................................i really dont understand y u ask if u know soccer. ....................personally i think highly of african footballers...........and iam an indian................u can only wish to have such strong physiques and speed of the africans
