You can cut grass and hedges and some weeding for the neighbors charge 20.00 to 25.00 per person. Or just get a job

what i would do is a little fund raiser(when i say little i mean small) like a party 4 $5.00 per person it should cost money 4 food and drinks too also it should cost money 2 request a song or a cd!!! this should sell in no time

Sell something you don't need....or go around the neighborhood and see if anyone needs some odd jobs done (mowing, cleaning out garages, etc).
PS) Don't ask parents--get it yourself -you'll feel way better doing this.
