Mac.

Graphic applications are better set up for mac use and the mac handles them better too. Plus, you'll find that font usage is far superior and intuitive on a mac. It's also fundamentally more stable than PC - especially OSX.

I have used a mac since about 1989 and have a PC at home. Whilst my pc is far faster for most things including games, my mac is much more reliable from a graphics perspective.
