8mm bolts and nuts should be torqued to 22 ft lbs for medium grade and 29 ft lbs for harder grade steel. Split the difference and torque them to 25 ft lbs. A few ft lbs either way isn't going to make much of a difference.

probably arround 20-30 ft lbs.. somewhere in there go 25 to be safe is my guess
