First you have to know the pressure and the exact salinity to answer this question.
But generally :
At a salinity of 35PPT and a pressure of 1.5 PSI
the freezing point would be -1.930 degrees C or 28.5 F

Saltwater has a much lower freezing point (the freezing point is the temperature where something freezes) than freshwater does. And the more salt there is in it, the lower the freezing point gets. So in order to know the exact temperature that it's going to freeze, you have to know just how salty it is. For saltwater that's as saturated as it can possibly get (i.e. there's no way to dissolve any more salt in it no matter how hard you tried), the freezing point is -21.1 degrees Celsius. This is when the saltwater is 23.3% salt (by weight).

When the ocean salt water freezes the temperature of water underneath is 4 degrees Celsius. That is the reason why fish is alive when even the top surface of the ocean is frozen.

The freezing point of seawater is about 28.4°F (-2°C), instead of the 32°F (0°C) freezing point of ordinary water.

I don't get it.You know, everyone googled before me. I wasn't going to answer (because it isn't my knowledge),I was just curios to see at what temperature. It is just stupid, ifyou ask me.I mean, your queston is how many of you KNOW the temperature when ocean saltwater will freeze. And,I don't think that google is included in your knowledge....Just my opinion...
