What can you do if a banker lies to you? I have a friend in the states who is a jam because of a banker who doesn't put anything in writing, out right lies to him and acts he as a banker is God. He has complained to the government of his state and the country.

Got any suggestions? I have a website up for bankers who lie. Here is the website: http://www.geocities.com/mindiinquebec/index.htm

Turn him in to all of the place you can think of, I like your website. Make him explain his actions to the authorities.

How about a joke, how do you know when a banker is lying???

When he opens his mouth.

If it is in writing, then it is a contract. I do suggest that this get complained to all of the agencies listed and the media

All bankers lie. It's part of their business.

But if things are getting out of hand, one can always make the official complaints to the Banking Commision, government and police, or hand the case to the media. And of course, one can always change to another bank.
