Several people have written books trying to disprove our landing on the moon. I have not actually researched this, but for one thing, supposedly there is no dust on the moon like the ton of dust our astraunats walked through that day. The photos have been disputed as made up and I believe our corupt government is capable of pulling this off.....)(

Although my wife's father did performed fuel calculations for the original Apollo landing, I'll spare you that speech. Instead, I will encourage you to watch two programs. The first show is called Conspiracy Moon Landing that it currently showing on the National Geographic Channel and it pretty much obliterates all of the popular conspiracy theories.

I would also encourage you to watch a movie called Capricorn One. Made it 1978, it is a fictional movie about a fake mission to mars. Although it is a science fiction story, it is a good example of how utterly impossible it would be to fake a moon landing for any length of time.

12 men walked on the moon from 1969 to 1972 and we simply have neither the resources nor the technology to pull off that big of a hoax for so long. Hundreds of thousands of people have worked on the space program. It would be far easier to put someone on the moon than to try and fake it and keep it secret for nearly 40 years.

The landings came at a time when our space program was ultra competitive with the former Soviet Union. Remember how big of a deal it was when Sputnik was put into orbit? The Soviet Union and East Germany had the technology to monitor our moon shots and transmissions. Don't you think they would have called is out if they have evidence that it was all fake?

Perhaps the most definitive proof of our trips to the moon is what we left behind. For the last 30+ years, scientists have been beaming lasers to the moon and measuring the return times. How are they doing this? Because the beams are reflected back by equipment left on the moon in 3 different locations on 3 different trips.

Case closed.

Yes, where do you think all the millions of dollars went that we paid into the space program to get there before the Russians? Yes we did land on the moon.

seriously, yes, twelve americans have stepped onto lunar soil. they are neil a armstrong and edwin e aldren (apollo 11), charles conrad and alan bean (apollo 12), alan b shepard and edgar d mitchell (apollo 14), david r scott and james b irwin (apollo 15), john w young and charles m duke (apollo 16), and eugene a cernan and harrison h schmidt (apollo 17). only about six percent of americans do not accept that the us has not sent someone to the moon so tell all your friends the twelve americans have been on the moon, and no one else has been on the moon.

A really debateable topic....couple of months back i got an email which had atleast 8 reasons proving that the landing of man on moon was a fake.....but i presume only armstrong can prove this....

i say yes. The biggest thing against it is that the flag looks like its flying in the wind, even though there is no wind on the moon. the thing is, that armstrong and buddy attached wires to the flag. and the flag was crumpled from the container it was in, so it looks like its flying. Also, how else do we get all the samples from the moon and study it and stuff?

No we didn't my grandmother saw the lunar ship go to the moon but it went around and turned back.
My grandmother was with my mother as she was at the local planetarium and she saw what she thought was an explosion.
They wanted to go to the moon the it went wrong so they had to film it in a studio.
Area 51 is maybe where they filmed it but it's only a question.

Yeah, we need to create an independent commission to go there and verify that we did land on the moon.

I think that people with too much liesure time came up with a nutty conspiracy theory and it happened to stick. Penn & Teller did an episode of Bullsh*t on this very topic. Rent it from your local video store...it's funny as heck!

i highly doubt that we landed. i saw a show where they showed all the facts. and u can really see in the pictures taken the projector lights of the stage! and the photos taken of the surface of mars from above also seem as if they're cgi..
