I'm 5' 7" 225 lbs. My tummy is unusually big and hard. Other overweight people have big tummy and soft.

But seriously, do you do anything in your life that might inadvertantly strengthen your stomach muscles? Are you a laborer? White collar or blue collar? As long as you're not lumpy, something indicating you have a tumor or tumors, don't worry about it. If you can't stop worrying, visit your Dr. and get it checked out.

Hmm...
You may possibly have malnutrition. Malnutrition can cause those types of symptoms! I suggest you see a doctor about it.

Have you ever seen those photos of little tiny really skinny kids in africa with really big tummies? It's because they're suffering from bad mulnutrition, which you can suffer from whether you get adequate amounts of food or not because it depends on WHAT food you eat as well.

If I were you, I'd find a way to have a good poop and if it's still hard like that see a doctor. One of the ladies I work with had a tumor the size of a grapefruit on her ovary.

p.s., I don't mean you'd have ovaries...just c/b a tumor.

Try to see doctor. It is serious. It might you are malnutrition or you have kidney problem.
