This system WORKS, try it. Sitting, standing or laying down, pull IN your stomach muscles as FAR as you can without using your hands. IF you cannot pull them in by themselves, start out by pulling them in with your hands and letting GO, trying to keep them IN.
HOLD those belly muscles in that position as LONG as you can, without your hands, or until you feel them relaxing by THEMSELVES. Then do it AGAIN.
Do that exercise eight or ten times a day. If your stomach muscles feel 'sore' in a couple of days, you are doing it right, and the soreness will go away. KEEP doing this exercise, you WILL have a flat .......or much FLATTER belly in no time.
The bottom line is, the muscles get STRONGER, TIGHTER, and tend to be firmer, so your belly is automatically flatter. You will also notice that your weight will drop off by a few pounds, depending on how fat you are.

Unfortunately, there is only one way to maintain sexy abs --Hard Work. Eat low fat, high protein diet. Exercise regularly, running is the best for loosing the guts. And finally, consistent crunches. Try to do at least 50 daily before you go to sleep. Once you get used to it, its not too bad. Good Luck~! =)

Lots of crunches, but if you have fat to lose you need to do cardio as well such as running or walking. Good luck!
