i have delete it 3 monthes ago and i have done defragment for my computer but i am not shure befor or after deleting that file

After emptying your recycle bin and defragging, your file is gone forever.

3 months ago. Nope. Once you empty a file out of the recylce bin, the space it occuppied on the hard drive is marked as free space and the next file you save will write over the top of it. After three months, it history. No recovery software is going to get it back after that much time.

Well, view the source (PCWORLD), try recover your file (if you let much time to pass since you lost it, uou definivelly will lost it), and then back up in Gmail please!!!! (Save like a draw); even, you can share it (Topcities). After that, install Norton GoBack (and you never will have the same problem. I am not sure about the defragmentation comment.

If you emptied your recycle bin, you have lost it. It was erased from your hard drive completely. If you didn't, you can go to your recycle bin, find it, right click and hit Restore.

use a disk recovery software like lolo search and recover. use google and download the software.

You have a slim chance of recovering it. But try and recover it anyway using getdataback.
