the easiest way i found to do this was to get an invoice book from W.H.Smiths. this is a duplicate book with a carbon paper sheet.
the pages are numbered in duplicate and the front page is printed for you to fill in the relevant details at the top of the page, I.E. company name etc, and customers name and address.
the rest of the page is for details of the work caried out or items supplied with a column on the right hand size to list itemised prices.
they were available in A5 & A4 sizes depending on how much work/ parts listiing is required.
otherwise you might need to go to an office supplier and check what they have to offer, i think RYMAN had something similar but i found W.H. SMITHS to be the cheapest when i was looking.

Hope this helps
Good luck in the new business venture.

Produce your invoice on your computer. Print two copies. One for the client, one for your records. Better still save the second copy with a unique name and halve your printing costs.

i can design one, but someplases like kinkos or printing companys are cheapest. bring in a idea of what you want and they can show you options ,you pick something, and let them do the rest.

What the others have said.

What's your business about Raymond, if it's not personal.
