Show her that you're responsible enough to own one. She's probably concerned about 2, maybe three things. 1. Your safety. 2. Your ability to care for your possessions. 3. $$$
If the money is the concern, offer to pay for some of it. If you have no money, find ways to make it, or do odd jobs around the home, etc. If it's the upkeep on the bike, show her that you can take care of the things you own. If you leave your stuff lying around, clean it up. As for safety, tell her that when she buys the bike, you'd also love for her to buy you a helmet and maybe elbow pads.
Good luck. Mini motorcycles kick ***.

First find an older person that rides off road motorcycles and ask them how you can get started in the sport. Then you will learn how to dress and ride properly at a local dirt track. They may have a beginner's training course for you. Ask your mother to bring you to one of the local dirt bike events at the track and meet the other parents that have children there. She can talk to them to gain confidence that you will be safe learning how to ride a dirt bike in the training course.

Dont waste your time. Moms are not convinced to do so. If yours wants to buy you one then she will. If not forget it and get a job to buy your own.
