Don't stay in the sunlight, become a night person, and the Tan will slowly but surly go away

if it's a regualr sun tan... you have to let it fade. if it's the fake stuff, get some baby oil. i don't know how, but it breaks up the chemicals in the tanner and then just take a shower!
