First of all you need to decide your preferences in terms of which subject area you would like to do the course in and then you can decide which university you can go in. As there are universities that are specialised for particular subject areas. So for example the top universities for medicine and science based courses such as pharmacy, biochemistry etc are Imperial College of London, King's college London, St.George's Medical College.
For international students the criteria of admission and fees is different accrding to each university.
