alright here is my dilema, im getting a new camcorder and i have basically narrowed it down to these three choices (sony handycam HDR-HC3, Panasonic AG-DVC30, or the CAnon GL2) unless someone can provide me with a better camera or slution! i like the panasonic for its battery life, price, and zoom i like the sony for its HD capability, zoom and price!, and i like the Canon for basically everything. Rgiht now im leaning towards the canon but im wondering if im leavin a camera off my list
my price range is basically 0-1250
the canon is 1025
the panasonic is 1139
and the sony is 759
id love some feedback, thank you!!

p.s. I would really appreciate feedback from a user who currently owns one of these fine cameras!

You have good taste. They are all excellent choices. To make your decision first figure out what you are going to do with the camera. Can you purchase for this camera a wide angle lens or filters in the future? Are you just shooting family and friend stuff or movies you'll enter in contests? Will you need to buy separately a special cable to put your footage in the computer to edit or is it already in the box? How good is the sound?

If I were you I'd go to big camcorder store (you don't have to buy it there) and try them all out. Good luck.
