FIRST THING - PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY.
currently i am fit physically except for the occasional nose bleed and head ache that i get during summers..
menatlly- i am trying not to think too much (something which i always do) and be happy and tension free.. (though something is always there which tries to bring us down but then we have to fight it out).
you seem to be upset about something.. as is evident from some of your questions...bogged down by worries...what is it??

i'm quite ok.. but what happened, why are u not feeling well, wahts the matter.. U see if u dont discuss things with friends u will never know how good friends can be.
