Get away from people - they're probably just pissing you off right now anyway, and if you stay with them you'll end up getting angry with them over something small and then they'll be upset with you. Try going for a run or something if you feel sort of pumped up with adrenaline, or just get away by yourself and do something you like, whether that's seeing a movie, going for a walk, or having a bath - whatever.........
Of course, if there's a particular reason why you're in a bad mood you could always deal with the reason in the hope that it will make you feel better!

The one thing about bad moods is that they always move on ( unless you are clinically depressed! ). Remember this, see the sunshine that will come when you feel better tomorrow and smile! Even laugh at it as you know that you will have the better of it tomorrow. These simple emotions will help you make it through the day. Hey, life is never that bad!

Do this, it's works for me all the time. Sit down and write down all the good stuff that's happened to you in the past week. Also all the things you are thankful for. It always changes my mood when I reflect on those things. Good Luck!

do what makes you feel happy. If you have a passion for movies go out and see the newest chick flick. If you love a particular actor go and rent a movie. Just dp whatever it is that you love and avoid things that you dislike.

Go for a walk some place that you like, go shopping, see a good movie, call up your best friend and talk, start planning your next vacation.

excersise is good. but then so is chocolate. so combine the two, walk to the corner store and buy some chocolate ice-cream! (don't forget to bring a spoon)
