i am in love with this guy since i met him last june. we've been through tons over the year, and i trust him and i've just fallen in love with him more. last june, my so-called friend asked him out for me. i didnt know anything about it until it was to late, and he said no. we didnt talk or anything so it was expected.
so since then we haven't ever talked about it, and tho he's been out with other girls i've always stuck rite next to him and he knows he can trust me, and he has done little sweet things for me, like defend me and stuff.
so the other day loads of people were out on the grass next to our school and he was playing football. some randomer went up to him and told him that i liked him. he said 'yeh i know' and this other guy said 'well do something about it' he said 'ok'.
when i asked him had someone come up to him he said yeh, but he told me he never spoke to the guy. i don't know who to believe. why is he always avoiding the subject of me and him? how do i move forward?x

eh yeh hes not avoiding me as such hes avoiding the subject of me+him together if you get what i mean like everytime i bring it up he kind of brushes it off and changes the subject

Some guys are scared off if they feel a girl is getting too steamy and serious.
He may be shy and waiting for the right moment or he may just not want to get into a relationship. People often shy away from doing something someone else tells them they ought to do!
He is himself and you have to respect that. I suppose all that can be said is that he will make a move when he's ready to and not before.
Try flirting with some other guys a bit. Not so obvious that it's painful but just so that he knows he isn't the only fish in the sea for you.

you should try and confront him more closely like go straight up to him and tell him you need to talk to him about some serious matters and be direct about it,you could also try and go out with you other friends and have a girls night out or something,you could meet a new guy...who knows,its also a fact that guys like to keep their emotions intact so you could just tell him that Even though he doesn't feel the same way he could be more open and supporting towards you and how you feel about him,if he knows that he can trust you then he should be able to tell you exactly why hes avoiding you and try and deal with this matter

You should go and talk with him so that you can find out the truth - don't relay messages through other people as it looks like that just leads to more confusion.

i think he likes you but he is shy . You have to get the courage up to talk to him one on one ,Its not very romantic talking via third fourth and fifth persons
