No way in hell i was horny after giving birth. all i thought about was my baby. Is everything ok? can i see him? etc... nothing else really crosses your mind though. after you get home it's a different story..lol

The furthest thing from my mind was sex. Breastfeeding reduceds the amount of estrogen in a woman's system and makes her dryer and her sex drive less. To be honest, sleep was more applealing than sex. The first several times we did the deed it was very painful. I really didn't enjoy it until my baby was about 9 months old.
My hubby felt differently. Suddenly I was thin again with larger breasts than I'd ever had before. I knew sex was very much on his mind. He had a hand, he used that.

Sweaty, exhausted, tired, but proud of the tiny new life you have just brought into the world. You want this little treasure to be healthy, because so many things can go wrong when they first arrive. You are worried out of your mind about the new baby. You are also emotionally and physically drained. You smell of sweat, tears and placenta.

all i really thought about after birth was seeing my baby for a little while then sending him to the nursery so that i could get some sleep i was definately not horny

Most definitely after we had our first child my ex wouldn't leave me alone...lol. I don't know if it was just her hormones going nuts or what? Before the baby was born I used to have to beg for sex. Of course the baby is on her mind but when the baby was sleeping it was a different story.

possibly but pretty sure its the last thing on their mind. Its not that they are only worried about the baby but also because your body is completely stuffed and u r exhausted, physically, mentally and emotionally.

It all depends on each indivual women really BUT I would of thought that a women would of wanted to recover from her nine before thinking/feeling about getting horny.

sex was the furthest thing from my mind. i would have killed my hubby if he tried to touch me after my son was born. i had 4 stitches in my bottom plus 21 staples in my lower abdomen. emergency c-section
