Best way to flatten your stomach without doing crunches is to lay on the floor and let Bugs Bunny roll over you with a steam roller. I see it all the time on TV and it always works.

Laying flat on your back, lift your legs and bring your knees in towards your stomach. This is sometimes referred to as an inverted situp and can be more effective than sit ups.

doing sit ups doesn't faltten your stomach, in just tones the muscles, if you want a falt stomach you have to exercise and burn off the fat.

power crunches...just a few minutes a day and youll see results in a week...look up in the net for how to do power crunches (no equipment required)..just a soft floor mat

You have to do some cardio to get rid of the fat. Walking, biking and swimming are good methods.
