This is from The Office. It isn't so much the quote (which is much funnier in context) but more the look that Tim gives the camera.

Now don't take this one seriously, "kiss me where I can't."
Saying it just annoys others. And it's better then swearing and still getting your point across too.
Have you ever heard it before? It's been around for a long time now and keeps moving on too.
