I'm in a relationship with a man, but at the same time I have feelings for my boss who is a woman! Sometimes I just wish that I could be with her. I couldn't stop thinking about her. How can I tell if she's interested? Help!

Consider whether or not your feelings are just a crush..or are deeper. If they are deeper, than you should find other employment. It is really never good to become involved with one's boss. Only then I would recommend asking her if she is interested in more with you.

I don't think it matters if she's interested if you're currently in a relationship. Check that. Talk to your man about it, let him know you have those feelings, find out how he feels about it. If your relationship is new and you'd rather break it off, then do that. Then look into whether or not your boss is interested, if you're compelled to go that route. But you also run into the problem of dating in the workplace, and dating your boss on top of that. Poor ethics. Love whoever you love... but make smart choices.

Relationship with your boss, regardless of what gender, is ALWAYS a bad idea. Don't you love your husband enough to not act on your impulses. Just because you're attracted to someone else more than your spouse isn't an excuse to cheat on them. If that was the case then 99% of marriages would involve infidelity. If you love your husband, get over your boss or move on to another position with a different supervisor.
